Privacy Policy — Seven Worlds: Neon Odyssey

Developer: Gigantua
Effective date: 2026-10-12

Summary

Seven Worlds: Neon Odyssey does not collect, store, share or sell any personal data. The game has no user accounts of its own, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporting service and no server of its own. Everything the game saves stays on your device. On Steam and the Epic Games Store the game uses the store’s own account services for achievements, purchases and the store overlay (see below).

Data stored on your device only

The game keeps the following purely locally (in the app’s private storage) so it can work as a game:

This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the app (or clear the app’s data). We have no access to it.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect or transmit: names, e-mail addresses, location, contacts, device identifiers, advertising IDs, usage statistics or gameplay telemetry. The game does not use cookies or tracking technologies.

In-app purchases

Optional in-app purchases are processed entirely by the store you installed the game from:

The store or payment provider handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. The game only receives confirmation that a purchase was made (a purchase/entitlement status) so it can unlock the purchased content; it never receives your payment information.

Store accounts, achievements and overlays (Steam, Epic Games Store)

The Steam and Epic Games Store editions sign you in with the account you started the game with, through that store’s own services (Steamworks; Epic Online Services and Epic Account Services). This is used only to unlock the game’s achievements on your store account, to sell and deliver in-game items, and to show the store’s overlay inside the game.

On the Epic Games Store, when you first start the game, Epic asks you to allow the game access to your basic profile (account ID and display name), your online presence and your friends list. The game itself does not read, store or send your friends list or presence: these permissions are what the Epic Social Overlay needs to show your friends, achievements and notifications inside the game. You can withdraw the permission at any time in your Epic account settings (Apps and accounts).

On Steam, Steam Cloud also keeps a copy of your game progress and high scores (one save file) in your Steam account, so they follow you to another computer. Your settings stay on each device.

The store keeps your achievements and purchases under its own privacy policy (links above). Nothing of it is sent to us.

Network permission

The Android app declares the INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE permissions solely so the store’s billing library can complete purchases. The game itself makes no other network requests.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.

Third-party services

Apart from the store billing services listed above, the game integrates no third-party SDKs that process personal data.

Changes to this policy

If the game ever starts to collect data, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be noted here with a new effective date.
